Exceptional Service through your Account Manager/Renewal Specialist - The Account Manager or Renewal Specialist is your point of contact throughout the year and assists you and your employees through the renewal process. The Account Manager/Renewal Specialist is in charge of carrier selection, plan design, renewal preparation, renewal analysis, employee communication and problem resolution. They will investigate, advise, and coordinate all changes of insurance coverage and will guide you through every step of the process.

Support through the Client Service Center - The Client Service Center is your advocate with insurance carriers and health care providers in handling enrollment transactions, resolving claim problems, and billing issues. JLI offers a toll free number to you and your employees. We staff this with four Client Service Representatives. This eliminates your employees having to waste time during work hours trying to get through to the carriers' customer service departments to resolve issues on their own.

Knowledge - Our management team offers over 50 Years of experience in the local market area. We have delivered employee benefit programs to over 500 clients ranging in all sizes from basic health to coordinating a human resource system.
